I called and spoke with the attorney over the phone regarding a credit issue that a family friend is having. He was professional, got right to the point and was extremely helpful. He did all this even though he was aware he wouldn't be getting any direct business from the consultation (our friend lives out of state). I passed the information on to our friend with excellent results. I highly recommend this attorney.
Called to ask a pretty general question he did refer me to someone else but chuckled at an injury to a child and I personally think that was extremely unprofessional
I tried to get an appointment, but Lady from the office said that I can talk with Mr Gary , especially its free . I left my phone number, and waited two hours, and did call again. The same lady said that Mr Gary will be after 30 minutes, and again took my phone number, and promised that Mr Gary will call me. Well...you can guess I didn't get any calls from Mr Gary. Gary was very personable not the "stuffy Lawyer"type. It was a pleasure to work with him. When we were finished with what I had gone to his office about he asked me if there was anything else he could do. I flippantly asked if he could deal with a city tax issue, not expecting him to be able to. He offered to look into it. I walked out of his office feeling I had a team defending me against the courts and city. He worked arrangements on all the issues.
