I filled out my redetermination papers in November! Turned them in right away…January gets here MS VEGA still hadn’t processed them. I’m supposed to pay a new amount every March. When am I gona be told how much I have to pay? February comes around she asks for the SAME information again. It’s not February 11th and o STILL don’t have paperwork from my redetermination. She doesn’t answer calls, she doesn’t answer emails, she doesn’t process paper work in a timely manner, I’m not sure how she works there and she’s so incompeten... read more
I have been trying to reach my caseworker since November I’ve been up to three times trying to make an appointment wrote two letters one to her once our supervisor, emails no response don’t know what to do next and it’s already close to February trying to port out
