I filled out my redetermination papers in November! Turned them in right away…January gets here MS VEGA still hadn’t processed them. I’m supposed to pay a new amount every March. When am I gona be told how much I have to pay? February comes around she asks for the SAME information again. It’s not February 11th and o STILL don’t have paperwork from my redetermination. I have been trying to reach my caseworker since November I’ve been up to three times trying to make an appointment wrote two letters one to her once our supervisor, emails no response don’t know what to do next and it’s already close to February trying to port out

My initial case worker provided comprehensive assistance, but my subsequent case worker, Miranda, did not offer much support. I consistently seek help, but I feel that they are not providing it as effectively as other housing authorities would.
