What’s the point of having a phone system, when no one ever answers, and when they finally choose to do so, they are clueless🤔
I needed my birth certificate with the seal in it. I went last March 2025 & I was told not in the system. They said they sent a message & someone would contact me. Well I never heard back from them. So fourteen months later I go back & I am still not in the system. However they were able to help me out . I had to give them a little more information so they could locate it & they issued me a ticket number.
