The reasons for my rating are the long wait times, the lack of communication, unmet expectations and rude customer service.
Walk- in everyone is always polite . They be getting you in and out. But when is busy expect to wait they're only human and can so much at a time but love how polite and how they try to get you in and out. Shout out to Assari super awesome at her job she be multitasking like no other and takes the time to explain if you're not understanding something...
This place is horrible I was recommended this clinic by the cdc and yet the person who gave me treatment was not kind or friendly they looked absolutely annoyed I was there even though they just opened. I never felt more unwelcome as a poc by people who are supposed to help you.
