My star rating is solely for Dr Hardoon, as he is amazing. It’s just super unfortunate that his staff is so disappointing. His medical assistant has made inappropriate comments on my weight every time that I go (I am not overweight btw). The communication from the staff is lacking tremendously, sometimes taking an hour on hold just to speak to someone. I feel like he definitely loses patients because of these people and that’s a bummer.
I agree no one answers the phones. He is a nice man, very patient. Constantly refers to specialists. It was great to learn today that Dr Hardoon will be answering questions by portal. He assured me it would be easier to make appointments. He also seemed to really listen to me regarding referrals.
For you heath don't go.get a better dr.
