Dr. Gecelter is the best! My husband was given no more than a year to live after being diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Dr. Gecelter removed the tumor even peeling off cancerous tissue over his kidneys. My husband never had to use a bag and lived 10 years before losing his battle to cancer. He’s thoughtful, personable and professional. He’s just a great human being overall. I highly remind him.
Dr. Gecelter and Joanne his PA are absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough great things about how well they care for their patients. It doesn’t end when you recover from your surgery either. I’ve never not Googled medicines, treatments, side effects, but under their care, I never did. I trusted their amazing team because they made me feel that well taken care of. They listen to you, explain things thoroughly, and you never ever feel like you’re alone. I’m blessed to have had him as my surgeon!
