Professional, polite, and courageous.
Dr. Garrett‘s nurse Tony, very professional, very friendly very easy to talk with about anything! which I like. Dr. Garrett, very professional, good listener, been with him for a long time, very pleased with his Professionalism very good communicator and we can to can talk about anything also which I like.
Appointment was set for 11am. I was waiting at 1050. At 1150 the system was going to log me off for inactivity. I had to call the office by phone to get the doctor to connect. Once he connected it was OK but there should be some kind of alert to the doctor or his assistant that someone is waiting.
I truly appreciate the care and guidance from Dr. Garrett, Toni and Irma. Reaching my health goals are achievable with your support.
