I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I had a professional roof inspection done during our home purchase, and some roof repairs were identified. Gary ended up being hired by the sellers for these roof repairs, but not even a month later, I noticed a leak in the main bathroom. DO NOT USE! Like others, Gary Fox was recommended by my real estate agent. He was contracted to inspect our roof. He said the roof was in good condition and told us there was a few things to fix which he supposedly repaired. The roof leaked 2 months after buying with first rain and one of the leaks came from a skylight he supposedly repaired. Long wait and inconsistent and confusing quotations. Numerous follow-up visits were required to address unfinished tasks. The overall experience has been incredibly time-consuming and stressful. Won't recommend them.
