Based on my professional experiences, I would strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with him. I have personally had several highly negative experiences that lead me to question his reliability and professional conduct.
I had my taxes done last year by Gary he did a great job I've been calling and calling and the phone does not work at the office if anybody can help me please let me know
Highly disappointed. Scheduled an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early as all good military people do, waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment and never saw Gary’s face, and no communication about what the delay was about. That gives me zero confidence to have him handle my accounts, not to mention the calls I overheard where people were asking about the status of their accounts. Customer service and first impressions are vital to build trust and confidence. Do better.
