Highly disappointed. Scheduled an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early as all good military people do, waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment and never saw Gary’s face, and no communication about what the delay was about. That gives me zero confidence to have him handle my accounts, not to mention the calls I overheard where people were asking about the status of their accounts. Customer service and first impressions are vital to build trust and confidence. Do better.
