The instructor Belittles the children, has unrealistic expectations when he does not teach step by step. He seldomly provides positive feedback. Expects the girls ages 4-8 to learn how to enter and exit dance floor without prior guidance or explanation. It’s understandable that instructors will be restrict and have high expectations, but that should be the case when he or she is teaching the students well.
