Made an appointment that was given a month away. The day prior received a text to call office without any specific comments. Called office 15 min prior to office closing time and nobody picked up the phone. Called again in the morning of the day of my appointment and was told that they've changed my schedule for today. I started being very sick about a month ago. I was given an appointment, seen and started treatment in no time. I can not express how caring and helpful every staff member I have had contact with has been. I needed pre approval for treatment they fought daily. Dr Ciambotti came out of a surgery to talk to my insurance to get me approved, it doesn't get more dedicated than that.
