Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Does this orthopedic surgeon use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
