An exceptional realtor who truly goes above and beyond! We cannot recommend Gary Crisafulli highly enough! Purchasing a home in Sun City Hilton Head while living across the country could have been overwhelming, but Gary made an enormous difference. He patiently showed us more than 20 homes, was consistently available and responsive, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What truly sets Gary apart is his dedication to his clients. Gary went the extra mile to meet our tight schedule and secured an offer in less than 30 days while the market was still averaging over 100 days on market. His knowledge of the market trends was a great asset in setting the right price point, his marketing strategy and willingness to keep the wheels turning while on an out of country vacation was beyond any reasonable expectation. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone who wants to get the job done!
Gary was very thorough, very supportive and consistently encouraging in this extremely tough market. His diligent efforts finally paid off and we couldn't be happier. A true professional!!.
Gary Crisafulli has been so patient and thorough in all his dealings with my search in LMHH. I believe him to be very knowledgeable, kind and of the highest integrity. He is really a great listener to what it is that I’m looking for as well as the timing issues that I’m personally with in my relocation. I would highly recommend Gary!
Gary was very helpful and patient. He gave us a lot of important information to consider when purchasing a place. I would highly recommend him.
