They have attended my blocked drain three times and each time I have asked for a camera to be put down. Which didn't happen. After the third time of coming out I was assured that the problem was fixed and wouldn't happen again. But yet again it's happened less than 6 months later!! After paying them in excess of $1000. Would not recommend this company Avoid like the plague!
I had a very disappointing experience with G&C Threlfall. I requested a camera inspection for my drains to identify flooding during rain, regardless they arrived without the camera. I was assured the issue was resolved. When the problem reoccurred, they refused further service or any sort of reimbursement, ignoring my emails. Great service. Contacted Gsry re emergency plumbing. Very nice young man arrived a couple of hours later and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend.
Am so glad to share my experience with awesome service we had today, really appreciate the work, forgot the guy’s name who turned up to fix my solar hot water system, feeling so awesome after suffering without hot water, They so quick, understanding, well behaved I wish can give them more then five stars 10/10 guys Keep it up
