I really like Dr. Chan. He's very kind and took the time to explain to me what's going on and our plan for treating it. Definitely recommend him.
See him if you want, but I had a terrible experience with him. I made it through 1 appointment and almost walked out of that one, giving him a second chance on the 2nd appointment. I lasted about 5 minutes before I walked out of the 2nd appointment. I have never walked out on a DR before. All he did with me during those appointments was belittle me and degrade me to take more medicine at higher doses. Based on my experience with him, I do not understand how he is a DO. I saw Dr Chan for the first time today. I hand carried my records, and he completely reviewed them before he came in. He made sure I completely understood my cardiac problems in the past, using a model and explaining everything. I will continue to see him.
