I had taken my cousin to her appointment today for her frequent UTI'S the nurse was very nice but the older female urologist was EXTREMELY rude, she was cutting her off when she was telling her past medical, she literally talked over my cousin. And VERY RUDELY asked who I was not that it's any of her business in my opinion. I would NOT go to this doctor at all. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment literally the day of my appointment twice and cant get me back in for an entire month. This is an absolute clown show and its disgusting. Finest depiction of embarrassing American Healthcare standards. Completely unprofessional.
The quality of service provided by this doctor is not up to the mark. The doctor and his office lacks ethics and integrity and tried to charge me despite my insurance coverage. I had to travel to Buffalo for proper care due to the cancellation of my uroscopy. I would not recommend this doctor to any patient, especially the elderly. Seeking proper care in Buffalo or Jamestown for bladder issues would be a better option.
Very difficult to schedule with, they cancel you with short notice and don’t get you back in for months later. My husband even showed up for an appointment once and he was told he didn’t have one and they wanted to make him wait 2 months to come back. My husband was happy with the doctor when he was able to finally meet him (took 3 tries), but the scheduling staff needs to really be trained better.
