My daughter purchased a home that had Plato Cabinets installed several years ago. I wanted to get a kit from Plato so we could do some touch up on some nicks in the paint. I was connected to Gary as the local contractor and he was amazing to work with. He got the touch up kit ordered and sent directly to my daughter. We haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but Gary’s responsiveness was appreciated. If we need any other work, we won’t hesitate to contact Gary.

New construction build “custom” cabinets are very poor quality. “Soft close” drawers stick because the rails the drawers slide on are not secure or stationary in the back of the cabinet, often causing the drawer to shift and run on the sides. Owner has to remove drawers and readjust often. During ordering, Gary was not very responsive and delayed getting the order in after promising it would be in by the next submission date, it ended up being over two weeks later.
