Will be switching insurance companies. Spoke with three different reps and received different information from all of them regarding my policy. Was also told that when we signed with Country we "didn't actually sign an agreement" at that time. When asked then if I wasn't covered because that would have put me in violation of my Mortgage agreement, they immediately backtracked. Country financial seems to care about the mass of customers rather than people as individuals.
