Absolutely the worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. My 82 year old mother and I trusted this clown with the purchase of a home. An inspector was hired who listed so many things wrong w the home. We trusted he had everything on the list repaired but nothing at all was . Had to replace cabinets covered in fungus, countertop stove not working, an outside water leak from the home which turned out to be a leak in the water heater. Gary was such a pleasure i was a first time home buyer didn't know anything I did alittle homework but gary never pushed rushed or talked me into buying he gave me good sound advice on what he thought and showed me very nice properties but I ended up building from the ground up I just loved how he responded to me each and every time I called and he answered and gave me sound advice very professional thanks gary I just love my home
