This guy is an absolutely great guy. First and foremost he was very patient with me despite me having to reschedule multiple times, and when the appointment finally came, he got to the job right away, and left my carpets looking white, soft and very clean smelling, the whole house had this refreshing citrus scent which was not too strong, but had our guests the next day raving about how great the house smelled and looked!
