I love that he is not a "cookie cutter" doctor who is predictable and just prescribes pharmaceuticals; but, he seeks to understand and to help me understand what is going on. He is perceptive,and thoughtful. I have evolved into a more thoughtful and healthy person through my many years of care.

I have been seeing Dr. Milles for over 4 years. In the course of our discussion regarding my initial physical exam, I told him that I was being treated for adult onset asthma. He asked me to describe my symptoms, and when I had done so, he immediately sent me for a stress test, followed by an angiogram. It turned out that 3 of my 4 main coronary arteries were 98% blocked. Dr. Milles is one of the best doctors I have ever known. I have known him since 1993. His professionalisms, dedication, knowledge and caring for his patients are superior to any other doctor. I am blessed to be in very good health. Three years ago I had a horrible itching problem for a year. I was working and I would have to hide in a closet for sometimes up to three hours itching. For over two years, I have been taken to the Emergency Room of three hospitals (one in Illinois) 7 or 8 times for dangerously low OR high blood pressure (e.g., 63/37, 250/160). I have gone to several doctors and the BP still vacillated. On my second visit to Dr. MIlles, he had checked my records and found that my calcium level and my parathyroid levels were both high.
