The office manager Michelle has the nastiest attitude. You wouldn’t think such a prestigious Doctor would hire someone who would mishandle the affairs of patients. I went to see Dr Rankin yesterday for a consultation about a possible retina disease that my ophthalmologist could see but not treat. Although I have no formal diagnosis of diabetes, the dr. gave me several reasons why he thinks that I do have it. When I told the office that I would like a needed test done ASAP, they extended my time with the doctor to do the test! The doctor found a vein in my arm expertly. Time and expense in Dr. Rankin's office is well spent and a good investment in your health.
