Oh my gosh, where do I start? When we went to pick up the RV we were told, "OH by the way, the fridge might not work." What? Wait, we have 5 nights and 6 days!!! What do you want us to do with our food! Thanks to my hubby who brought extra Ice chests, the food survived!!! Next, the lighting, what lighting? We had to turn on our own lamps inside, the lights were on but gave off minimal lighting. My wife and I rented the couples retreat pull behind trailer for five nights. I have very mixed reviews first everyone seemed very friendly and nice and answered all my questions, but second that specific trailer is in desperate need of lots of repair. The battery was constantly going dead and required me to run my generator most of the time, the refrigerator did not sufficiently stay cold, It tried but thank goodness I brought three extra ice coolers with me for all our food and that we had ice available right down the road... read more
I bought a motorhome and the generator would not run unless the main Ford 350 HP was running, I stopped by and talked to Nick telling him my problem, went home and 15 minutes later Nick showed up (house call) and tried to get it fixed before a buyer showed up, that did'nt happen the next morning I dropped off the RV at Nicks shop In Rye AZ and by noon Nick called and said it was fixed. The biggest surprise was what he charged it was about half of what I expected. Nick knows how to fix things and has a great personality.
I wanted a small camper and they had two. The first one was beat up pretty bad, and the second one smelled like wet dog. I went to the next size up and it was in decent shape, but the water line to the shower faucet was not connected and water was pouring out of the camper. It got electrical wet in the wall and I couldn't use the recepticles until it dried out about two days. I could have been electrocuted. Couldn't even have coffee!
