Not a licensed contractor!!!! Started a bathroom remodel no permits. We asked him to stop due to poor workmanship. Decided to have his work inspected, it failed. He cut out a support beam, tied the plumbing pipes with some type of a camouflage dog leach, so many other issues. He took off with over 17,000. Please make sure you have your work inspected. Not to mention electrical issues.
