Garvic Services were recommended by our Building Manager as Body Corporate approved. Whilst the quality of the job and the price was professional, that's where the professionalism ended. They took three weeks longer than proposed, asked for full payment before the job was complete, left 27 holes in our plaster and weren't able to complete the job, due to having no plumbing licence. Worst service ever experienced by Garvic Services. The owner’s wife is the receptionist and is so rude and abrasive. Job was a mess and damage done to my property that they denied. Not answering my calls or text messages. Very unprofessional company and blatantly lie. I was forced to pay my invoice first before they would come back and patch up chipped paint around the replaced controller. The plaster was not sanded down smoothly and just painted over. Do not use them !!!
Unfortunately very unhelpful. Initially replied and wanted to help/quote a job. Then just disappeared and refused to answer messages or questions. If you don't want the work it's no dramas, simply communicate it. Interesting way to run a business.
