When buying a car, most dealers try to sell you something extra, and the whole experience can feel overwhelming when you go to the finance department. But I had a great experience at Garvey. They asked me if I wanted to explore their additional offerings, but I politely declined. They didn’t pressure me at all, and I was able to close the transaction in just over an hour. I Called to schedule an appointment because my remote start won’t work. I was told that in a month -(3 weeks)they could get me in for a diagnosis!! When I told the lady that was crazy and unacceptable since there were open appointments showing online she told me that all diagnostic appointments have to be approved by her. What a way to do business! No thank you! I’ll go to Nemer VW in Latham.
