So so thankful that Matt Garvey answered my phone call on Christmas and his crew was out with a new water heater the day after Christmas. His attention to detail, care, and compassion are off the charts. So so appreciative.

We recently purchased a beautiful town home in Newark, De and have settled in comfortably. We moved here from out of state and really enjoy the area. The previous owner did a beautiful job of maintaining everything. A few days ago we noticed a leak coming from the garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. Called first thing in the morning and received an answering service. Was told that someone would be at my home at 1pm. Never showed. Never called to follow up. Very disappointing as I prefer to support small businesses.

Beware: Matt Garvey the owner, during the pandemic good times for trade work, has become self-important, callus, and inconsiderate. We have previously done business in the past that I paid COD. Over the past two days he has kept me waiting for service and has stood me up at his appointed time, has provided poor communication access and only at his convenience.
