The purchase experience of thr car was a true 5-star experience. However, after catastrophic engine damage 6 months (and only 2800 miles) later, 0 help was offered. I won't deny any fault. Yes, I caused the damage by accident by choosing the wrong gear and making the engine over-rev. However, I do not like being quoted $25,000 for the repair! Especially when the transmission they quoted me was $12,000! MSRP on a brand new one is $8500! So not only did they offer me ZERO help, but they also were trying to egregiously over cha... read more

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Technician did a great job though.
I recently bought a car from Heather and she really was able to help me find the perfect car for the right price. She was very nice, funny and straight forward. I strongly recommend if you’re looking for someone who knows what she’s talking about and will shoot straight with you, then go see her!
