We recently used Mike Garvey for the sale of our house that turned into a really difficult transaction. Mike was extremely professional and thorough., His dedication and hard work to get this transaction completed was truly appreciated (even dealing with this while on an anniversary trip overseas with his wife). Mike and his assistant Kim Power were always quick to answer any questions and give advice when needed. We would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to many people.

Tim Garvey is a very rude and unprofessional person. Showed up at his office to ask for a notary which is to witness one signature signed. He was mad we didn’t make an appointment before coming ( we stopped in to just see if he could ) and then rudely said $75! which is obviously more than 2x the amount since others charge $30. First impressions are everything and we definitely won’t be using Garvey & Garvey ever!

In each case Mr. Garvey was well-informed to advise, responsive, efficient and a real pleasure to work with.
