Tim Garvey is a very rude and unprofessional person. Showed up at his office to ask for a notary which is to witness one signature signed. He was mad we didn’t make an appointment before coming ( we stopped in to just see if he could ) and then rudely said $75! which is obviously more than 2x the amount since others charge $30. First impressions are everything and we definitely won’t be using Garvey & Garvey ever!
Michael Garvey has acted for us in many matters, including the purchase and sale of our last two homes and probating my late father’s will. In each case Mr. Garvey was well-informed to advise, responsive, efficient and a real pleasure to work with.
