Dr. Pitruzzilla is amazing. The front desk staff stopped me from giving 5 stars. I come in with my face swollen and holding back tears. The lady at check-in desk did not bother to acknowledge me at all. Instead she sat there finishing her conversation with other lady. I understand what they were discussing could have been important but she could have paused to at least acknowledge me. The lady the was speaking with did have about 2 minutes speak to me and asked me to give them a second, but the woman at the desk never acknow... read more
