Recent visit ward 4A and 5C. Dr put a used venflon in a plastic bin. Staff didnt challenge who i was at any time, i wandered about freely. So freely the fully opened unsupervised drug trolley that lay like that for most if the stay could have been stolen from at any time. Extremely poor unsafe practice.

Please don't go to the cafe, it's a rip off my husband , friend and myself were there last week 18 June. We had 2 coffees a tea one roll with links 2 small ones two rolls with bacon. Dry rolls one very small slice of bacon , this came to £22 odds . I don't may paying but this was disgusting . We had travelled a distance to attend a clinic. Staff were very abrupt as well . We should have went to greggs at least you get 3 slice of bacon and fresh rolls . I wouldn't encourage them . If ever a next time it will be a packet lunch... read more

GGH's ENT Staff Were Superb! I'm beginning to sound like an NHS groupie, but credit where it is due. I recently attended an appointment at Gartnavel General Hospital Ear, Nose & Throat Dept. to have an anomaly in my ears checked out. On arrival I was seen almost immediately by Senior Nurse Laura. After a thorough examination Laura advised me she was confident it was a benign condition. Older hospital that could do with a real makeover. Staff always friendly in any department we have visited and place is clean and tidy. Parking is really bad so leave enough time to find a space for an appointment. Far too many people smoke near the entrances (including uniformed staff) this needs resolved.
