Dr Cosgrove, who is more than qualified to perform neurosurgery on my head, MUST be on par with geniuses! His expertise brings to BWH a new level of competence to the field of neurosurgery. HE is cutting edge neurosurgery technology. I do not want another neurosurgeon cutting into my cerebrum without his consent!

Dr Cosgrove dramatically improved my quality of life. I had non invasive brain surgery to alleviate my hand tremors. I had immediate positive results. Two years later, my hands are steady as a surgeon!

This is gonna sound odd. Dr. Cosgrove did back surgery at L4 – L5 on me in 1990. I had an excellent outcome with spectacular rehab. I run 3 miles every other day with 6 miles once a week. I am not your typical runner at 6 foot four and 240 pounds. In 1970 I had back surgery on L5 – S1. Both operations were done at Mass General in Boston . Thank you, Dr. Cosgrove for allowing me to have a very full active life. Jay Dwyer. ps: I am 73 years old
