Bought a car from here, delivered with damaged tyres, they did replace those. Was raining in around sunroof, drivers mirror packed up after 4 weeks. Advertised with full service history which was supposed to be forwarded to me 2 months ago, still waiting, warranty is worth nothing as they don't reply to emails or return calls. I would avoid this company at all costs,

Absolutely disgusting! My daughter bought a car right out with this company in September. 1 week later it was back at the garage as it was spluttering, we were told it just needs a good run. After contacting them numerous times with phone calls and getting fobbed off, someone will call you back, numerous emails sent and not one back. We have booked the car in our local garage to be told it needs 4 new injectors costing over £1000. We have contacted the ombudsman and the next approach will be trade and standards. Bought car from these people washers did not work had to get them fixed myself and then cost me £200 for new injectors that was cheap should have been £600 each no a good experience would not go back there again.

Disgusting company. They sell a car then when you try to call they either do not answer or promise to ring back. Meaning the car is out of warranty. This now leaves us with a car that cannot be driven. Avoid this company

Travelled from Newport to Wigan to look at a Mercedes B Class. They insisted I pay a £100 refundable deposit. It cost me £280 to get there and the car was not suitable. Did I get my deposit back? Of course not. I made the mistake of believing a pair of con men. Do yourself a favour do not touch them and go to a respectable dealer.
