Iwentin on boxingday withnan infection, I wasctold there might bea4 hr.wait. After about 2vhoursavquick trigeand, then waiting again. Another 2hour wait I was seen and explained my symptom. I wascsent home outwith some antibiotics . Th pharmacy was shut. But the antibiotics worked well an relieved my symptomsc within a few hours
Would not look at 91 yr old grandmother as that would have meant a wound assessment. Disgusting behaviour from so called nurses.

They are nice staff at the wakling centre
Staff here are unbelievably rude, condescending and judgemental, I first came to get an ear issue looked at and they talked down to me the entire time and treated me like I was lying about the cause. The triage system is a nightmare and I understand that staffing issues are a problem everywhere, but even when seen to in a timely manner most recently visiting for a blood test and was once again talked down to, told off, and ignored when I tried to explain what was apparently a miscommunication on my GP's part.
