I can’t say enough good things about this company! My Mom had a disastrous backup today, called to see if they could come pump her septic. Without hesitation they said they’d be out! Septic pumped and problem fixed! The guys they came out were super friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfect before they had left! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! It’s hard to find companies like this today! Highly recommend!!
We have been using Garsides septic for 35 years with excellent customer service, quick response time and service by the owner Keith.(prior with his father) We had an emergency on a Sunday, he advised us what to do and it could wait till a work day to avoid paying weekend charges and save us money. He was here by 8:30 am today and then returned later to fix the issue. Thank you Keith for your prompt and excellent service and getting us back online with our septic. Donna and Eric
