We have been using Garsides septic for 35 years with excellent customer service, quick response time and service by the owner Keith.(prior with his father) We had an emergency on a Sunday, he advised us what to do and it could wait till a work day to avoid paying weekend charges and save us money. He was here by 8:30 am today and then returned later to fix the issue. Thank you Keith for your prompt and excellent service and getting us back online with our septic. Donna and Eric
I would highly recommend Garside Septic. I have used three different companies. I was the annoying customer with many questions and the time was taken to explain them all. Great pricing and family owned!!
What a great find! Garside Septic is excellent. Bought a house with a septic that hadn’t been pumped in years. Called Garside and they were able to fit me in for the next week. Not a huge company so the owner himself (40 years experience with septic tanks) was the one driving the truck and doing the service. He took the time to explain how the tank was functioning and even was able to get special risers for the tank (same day) so it didn’t have to be dug up again. Meticulous attention to detail.
