Gars was the best. It was Memorial Day, and I had a serious issue with my car while I was on a road trip. He helped me and really understood the situation. Yesterday, I was at an authorized Volkswagen dealership, and they gave me an unreasonable $3,000 quote for an oil leak. However, Gars figured out that it was not about an oil leak at all, but actually the spark plugs and ignition coil. He stayed after hours and was able to fix everything. Best auto repair shop we have ever been to. The owner fixed our car on Memorial Day even though the shop was officially closed (we apologize for this and this is not the right time to go to auto repair) . We were on a road trip and would have been stranded without the owner. He is professional, friendly, and truly a lifesaver. I sincerely wish Gars auto repair all the best and continued success! Had my Camaro in five different shops, including Chevy. Months of it sitting because no one could figure out what was making it overheat. Three hours with Gar and not only was it found, but fixed!! Was just getting ready to give up on the car. 10 out of 10 recommend! Will never take my cars anywhere else, now!!!
Held my car up for almost a month while he was on vacation. 3 weeks and 3 grand later the car still wasn’t fixed. I never needed an AC compressor but he replaced it any way and it blows hot air. Do not bring your car here. Waste of time and money. I wish I could charge back my credit card for this lack of service.
