Very bad service and attitude to customer. Manager and staff have no intention to improve their business process and customer satisfaction. Keep me wait 7 hours and forget to inform me to pick up my car. Will never go there again!!!
Upon arrival for the service the well organised management of many cars coming in was impressive even if a queue still managed to form on Park Road it moved reasonably well. Our car was purchased with capped price servicing and what was not impressive was a text message recommending over $500 of additional and questionable recommendations.
