My experience with this clinic confirms why they have a 5 star rating. They got my dog in earlier than my appointment (she had a bit wound). They were professional, empathetic, gentle, knowledgeable, and good communicators.
They saved Stellas life and Amanda Hauer and the whole crew stayed hours past close to make sure she was stable. Without notice they made sure Stella got the best care.
Love them. Dr. Emma and her assistant were so kind and gentle with my terrified and old Hobie. She's not a people kitty. And when I came back a week later with a lingering issue to the initial they kindly helped with no additional cost. Unexpected but appreciated. I definitely will go back to them and recommend to everyone. Their costs were very reasonable. Super!

Garry Oak Vet Clinic was amazing. They took Cooper in the same day even though we weren’t clients, and quickly operated to remove a sock he had swallowed. The whole team was so kind and caring. They even let us stay with him while he waited for surgery and was on IV fluids, which really helped during a stressful time. We’re incredibly grateful for the care he received. Huge thank you to Dr. Emma and Dr. Dhawala. We’ll definitely be bringing all of our animals here going forward.
