Had a BIG problem with water company threatening to shut off water due to incorrect meter setup. Called Gary, he came FAST, and had problem solved in record time .. the SAME DAY !! Prompt, professional, and very affordable. Gary, I can't thank you enough !!
Always calla back promptly and shows up when he says he will. Very reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. I call him anytime I have a plumbing issue.
I called last week and he said I’ll call you on Tuesday, August 30 set up a time and then when I called him back on Tuesday so I’ll call you when I’m on my way out on Wednesday August 31 never called me never to set up a time
Service was great until the sub floor and flooring needed replaced before the job could be completed. Once my contractor was able to complete the flooring I tried contacting for 7 weeks with no response from Garry. Had a friend call on my behalf and he picked up right away and said to have me call, I called and he didn't answer my call once again. I did pay for the services in full upfront, however the job was never completed.
