Recently I had the pleasure of working with Liz O. at Garry when looking at renewal options for auto and homeowners insurance. Our homeowners premium with our current carrier had increased by more than $1,000 and that was on top of another large increase by the same carrier a few years ago. Not impressed! Amanda wanted all kinds of information for a quote, said she would get me the quotes in 4 or 5 DAYS! I called she said she needed 5 MORE DAYS to get the quote and that she had not done anything as yet !!! Proceeded to blame me for not giving more information, then it was because the market was so busy. She then said she would have the quote at the end of the day. Working with Amanda at Garry Insurance has been absolutely fantastic. The customer service I have gotten from her is simply unmatched in the world of insurers I have ever spoken to. She communicates clearly and effectively and is makes sure to address your individual needs for your home, auto, etc. Thanks Amanda!
