Garry's Heating & Air installed my brand new furnace 2/2023 and since then it has completely shut off on the same day a maintenance request from the app has come in... they came out the first time and were able to fix the issue. However it recently happened again and it seems Premium Home Services has acquired the company and now it has turned to shit. Technician was supposed to come Monday and no showed us.
