You can buy a product unknowingly online, or you can do what I did; The Independence, MO location was great. I "ran" over there on my lunch break, had a great "custom" service. The listened to me, looked at my old running shoes, measured my feet, and then brought out a half dozen shoes to choose from. I tried each pair on and ran up and down their store front. The return policy is fantastic too. I can run for the next 30 days and if these shoes don't work out, I can return them for a store credit to get another pair. What a ... read more

Went to Gary Gribble's because I was having issues with leg pain. The associate (Mike) was super helpful and worked with me for nearly 15-20 minutes helping me to know what it was I needed and what shoes worked best for that. For the first time in my life I bought a brand other than nikes or Adidas and couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike!
