This low rating for specifically for the Customer Call Centre for Service booking. Almost all the time they are very unfriendly on the call. This time around they stuffed up my Service booking date. I originally was booked in a week later, but I tried calling to change it to a week earlier and they told me there isn't a slot available, so its fine. I want to thank Nelle and Brendon for making my recent purchase of a new CRV from GWS Springvale as smooth as possible. Both were very personable and more than happy to answer all my questions. A special callout/thanks to Nelle, who was friendly and attentive. Nelle provided timely updates, made sure I still qualified for the special Honda promotion (my better half is very thankful) and was patient when showing the advantages of the Honda Connect function. I highly recommend the GWS Honda Springvale sales team.
I should’ve listened to my mates and not go to a dealership for my car service. The car came in as a beautifully quiet car and came out with a noisy whooshing sound. After taking it back to them twice, they blamed it on the tyres. We drove it for a day and the tyre pressure warning appeared on the dash. Even after pumping the tyres to the recommended pressures, the warning is still there. At this stage, we’re not going to take the car back to them and risk something else going wrong.
