Appalling customer service. Took my Honda there for months as it had problems starting. They finally worked out it was my battery, so I had to call the RACV to replace it. Don't know why their mechanics couldn't work out a basic battery problem, especially after it had been dropped off for them to look at & serviced numerous times? I took my car there for years because I bought it from there but there is absolutely no loyalty. To top it off, they broke my key and blamed it on it being old.
