4 months ago, we had our dryer repaired with someone else....we should have called Garrity Appliance back then. Our dryer died, AGAIN! We have a family of 6! I need my dryer! We called G.A. and they were quick, thorough & affordable! They walked us through options and taught us along the way. The men even noticed a little tiny $5 fix on my washer! TOTALLY impressed with their service and speed! We will only use G.A.
We just bought a set of "reconditioned" washer and dryer. The dryer smells like it will burst into flame at anytime and takes over an hour to dry a small load of towels. The repair man says the vent is plugged. I cleaned the vent just before he arrived. The vent is clean and I can see the full length with a strong light, the lint filter is not catching anything, don't know where the lints is going. The Best refurbished appliance store in the valley – Kelly, Ron and TJ are the nicest people and are very knowledgable appliance techs. The new store location ( 1637 Garrity ) is beautiful and the appliances are great looking and priced right. They offer 6 month warranties with all appliances and are very prompt with their repairs if something does go wrong. I would recommend them to anyone in need of appliances.
Terrible service – I bought a washer dryer set form them about two months ago, and the other day the dryer just stopped working. I have been fighting with them to come out and look at it, but they keep trying to weasel out of the warranty. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! They will not follow up on their service, and they will keep screwing around until your warranty is up!!
Great appliances!!! I don't agree with the other reviews. I found quality appliances at a very good price,with a 6 month warranty!! They've changed their store to garrity appliance and tool and seems to be working very well for them. They also offered delivery at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to do business with them again...nice folks.

CONS: Not a great building but that's what keeps the prices down.
