Great appliances!!! I don't agree with the other reviews. I found quality appliances at a very good price,with a 6 month warranty!! They've changed their store to garrity appliance and tool and seems to be working very well for them. They also offered delivery at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to do business with them again...nice folks. PROS: Good clean appliances with an outstanding warranty. CONS: Not a great building but that's what keeps the prices down.
Satisfied Customer I search several stores looking for a good deal on a refrigerator and was very disappointed with what I found. Until I tried Garrity Appliance and Tool. I was a little apprehensive at first due to the looks of their building, but after going inside I found it to be clean with a large selection of quality used and nearly new appliances. I concur I concur with the other reviewer in that the Factory Liquidators is just a big 'dump site', might as well go out to Pickle Butte and look through the landfill as that is what you will get when you shop here, that is if you even get out of your car. There is nothing good here, the prices are WAY overpriced. Do not waste your gas driving way out on Garrity Blvd....unless you are heading out there to stop at the craft store across the street.
WW 2 Bombing range or Flea Market? While on a quest to replace my washing machine I stopped by to see what they had to offer. There were several dozen broken/parted out machines stacked all around the front parking area and side of the building. The area was strewn with litter and parking was hap-hazard at best. I was not shocked when I entered to find the inside much like the outside. It was dirty and the prices were out of line.
I had no opinion of this store until I drove by and saw their "Let's Go Brandon" sign painted in large letters on their window. Besides being disrespectful and divisive, it show no business acumen. How can a small business decide to alienate a portion of the buying public by using a politically disgusting slogan? I will never set foot in this store and will advise anyone I know to do the same.
We recently brought a used fridge from Garrity Appliance. They had one we were interested in and said they would have it ready on Monday, because they wanted to go thru it and clean it and make sure everything worked. We offered to leave a deposit to gold it and they said, they just needed to take our name and they will call when it's ready. They called on Monday and delivered later that day. Consumers Beware!!! The owner is rude, cussing at customers and apparently he does not like to be questioned on his shady business practices. I even messaged him on his Facebook page to give him the opportunity to do the right thing. He acted like he was doing us a favor, please like we did not check prices prior to goin there. Amazon sells the part so settle down on your "discount". I went to another local company and was treated with respect and receved the part at the same "discounted" price.
RecommendedWe had bought a used older washer from someplace else (that’s since gone out of business) a few years ago. Ran into an issue and my husband decided to call Garrity Appliance. They were able to come help us in a timely manner and solved the problem quickly. They’ve certainly earned our business should we decide to replace the washer (or any other appliances) or need any other repairs in the future. Thank you!
