Very professional, he got right to cleaning, and agreed to clean another room just before he was through.
He arrived on time and did an excellent job!!! It looks great!
Worst experience ever. Shelbi, the owner, completely ruined our carpet. The color is now noticeably off, the texture is damaged, and whatever was left behind after the cleaning triggered an allergic reaction. When I asked what chemicals were used, she refused to tell me. Absolutely unacceptable from any business, let alone one that claims to be professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
