GREAT SERVICE!!! We bought a Jenn-Air range from Garrison's Appliance several years ago and love it. We dropped a heavy item on the glass cooktop and broke it. We called on Friday to order a new cooktop. The cooktop arrived on Monday. Talk about great customer service! The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is the only appliance store I will ever do business!
Harry Garrison is simply a class act guy whose spirit of constant service to others and our community is truly an inspiration, which is reflected in the way he runs his business and the quality staff he relies on to take care of his customers. Chris was able to repair our 13 year old freezer for an extremely reasonable price and even helped me load it into my vehicle. The quality of their service during this COVID-19 pandemic really means a lot. We will continue supporting Garrison's for all of our appliance needs.
Walked in was greeted with a smile and an offer to help us if needed! They allowed us to browse WITHOUT hovering or feeling pressured which was nice! We did end up asking some questions about a few different options and the guy was a huge help in allowing us to make an educated decision and subsequent purchase! Thank you Garrisons for amazing customer service! So glad we could support a great local small business! We will most definitely be back when we build our new house! 😁

I'm sure Home Depot appreciates Garrison's here in Hermiston. I used to buy all of my appliances there, and having a few rentals, I need a few...Every time I go there now, I can't get any help. Went in today and gal working wouldn't even say hello! Home depot people are always friendly. The Hermiston store sucks after the older gentleman retired!
