Rob opened the shop on a holiday to get me out on my new custom bike (over my strenuous objections)! Seriously, is Jeff Bezos this good to you? Probably not. Also, if you buy custom wheels to build up and Rob asks, “would you like to build these with me and throw down some beer?”, the answer is yes! I learned a ton about the stuff I was buying.
Great service, great products and reasonable prices add up to an excellent business.
I want to thank Garrison’s for their help on my bike. Rob was thorough and explained what was needed and why. I’ll add that my bike wasn’t the easiest to deal with. He tackled each problem it had and it’s working perfectly. I’d definitely recommend their professional and fair services.
