MOA receptionist is really wonderful; very caring and compassionate. She directed me to where I could get a tetanus shot and provided phone numbers and directions to the clinics.
Another one star for an unfortunate situation. I called today to see if I could request blood work for a Senior that I take of who recently moved to BC. She needs her prescriptions however I’m unsure if she even needs the one prescription anymore. The lady that answered the phone was less worried about her (seniors) situation than the amount of time we spent on the phone.
